@EmmiJeanne:  I considered using ‘Then’ or ‘It Did’ by Brad Paisley. I have pretty much decided not to though because FI isn’t a country fan at all so I didn’t think it really represented us together. Both great songs though!

If we don’t elope, which I am seriously considering, we will use If I Didn’t Have You by Thompson Square. It is probably one of my all time favorite country love songs.

We are! FI and I are both big county fans, and without any prompting from me he chose “Then” by Brad Paisley. Runner-up was “I Just Cant Take My Eyes Off You” by Lady Antebellum.

@EmmiJeanne:  We are!! Zac Brown Band’s – “Whatever it is”.  FI insisted we use it, and I love it 🙂  It has a faster pace to it, overall, but I think we will be more comfortable than a really slow song?!

So many awesome choices to choose from in the Country genre!!

We are considering Wanted by Hunter Hayes.

@arsing89:  I LOVE that song and wish I could convince my FI to use it as our first dance!

We are seriousy considering using “Mines would be you” by Blake Shelton. Our wedding will be having tons of country music! But this song gives me shivers thinking of it!

We are also thinking of exiting the ceremony with “Never wanted nothing more” by kenny chesney and entering our reception with “Getting you Home” by chris young!

We are using a country song, but haven’t decided which one yet! We are considering Brad Paisley “Then” and George Strait “I cross my heart”

I’m not officially engaged yet, but we both have already talked about having George Strait’s “I Cross My Heart” as our first dance song.  It’s really special to us.

It’s not really an “ideal” first dance song, but we danced to “Blues Man,” by Alan Jackson. It’s our song, so it was logically what we wanted to dance to at our wedding.

@EmmiJeanne:  Our first dance will be to “Hey pretty girl” (Kip Moore). Originally we wanted “then” by Brad Paisley, but I couldn’t make it 30 seconds without sobbing heavily lol
