I am working on my faux milk glass and I searched on pinterest “Milk glass greenery”

I used Christmas greenery since our wedding was 5 days after. The church was still decorated so all I had to do was alter flowers. The reception was at my house ac the Christmas tree and all the decorations were still up. For my bouquet the florest used odds and ends left over, think ivy, pine, and holly with red berries. Can we say cheap?

We did both greenery and flowers. The greenery was a good way to add bulk and it was less expensive than just doing a full garland of flowers (though not significantly). I think doing a lot of greenery is very aesthetically pleasing, you might want to throw in some flower buds to break up the colors though. Are you doing a garden theme?

@gromble:  I know right!?? I just hope it just don’t end up looking cheap, since most of my faux milk glass is made from glass juice bottles or jam bottles. :C

I’ll do a trial and upload pictures when I get some greenery!

@gromble:  I absolutely love a neutral color palate, I think it looks so chic! Our flower budget ended up being over 8K, we had a pretty small wedding so we saved money on the round table centerpieces.

I love the greenery! I was thinking of subsitituting flowers for moss, which I assumed was cheaper.  Apparently it isn’t Undecided

@howsweetitis:  I really love the seeded eucalyptus.  Although I am having flowers I am still planning on working in some of the beautiful greenery.
