I’m finishing my first week today, even though it’s my third time starting up Insanity. FI is doing it with me this time which is really helping, we’re also calorie counting. Anyone else doing it or finished it? When did you start seeing results? I’m not feeling burnt out yet, I guess that’s the plus side of doing week one for the third time lol. If you can please share some before and after pictures!

I’ve tried it several times but I can’t stick with it – I’m not in that shape yet. I’ve now set a goal to re-re-re-re-re-re-re-restart it (lol) in one month after doing cardio training with a heart rate monitor at least six days per week. It’s tough!! I love it, but I just can’t keep my heart rate that high! lol

i’m not a bride but i’ve done the whole program before. loved it! you will get into AWESOME shape if you keep it up!
Right now i’m doing les mills combat which is really fun and i’m still rocking the ab lines that i acquired from insanity :]
