Another KC bride here! Kansas girl at heart but living in Missouri :)

@kcweddinggirl:  Holy crap! That's where we're getting married too!! It's a gorgeous venue. The photos on their website don't lie. :)

We're leaning toward going with BerryGood. We really liked both Angela and Alan and the fact that they own all the built-in equipment and know the venue was a major plus.

Haven't looked at florists yet as I'm trying my hand at making my flowers out of fabric and beads. If it's a complete disaster, the shop I got my dress from also does flowers so we'll start there.

One of FI's big criteria is that the photographer has shot weddings at Lone Summit numerous times and both of them have. I think we're going to go with Angela. She was great to talk to, her personality meshed well with us, her lowest package included everything we wanted plus some and she's the only person outside friends/family that was so excited to hear that we're both wearing boots for the wedding.
