I wasn't planning on using a cake topper but that sounds really cute! I'd love to know where you found it!
I have a 8 year old from a previous relationship, who will be 9 by the time we get married. She seems too old to be a flower girl and too young to be a junior bridesmaid, so I'm having her escort me down the aisle. I'm hoping that I can get her to tell the officiant that she'll "share" me rather than "give" me. Then we're doing a sand ceremony instead of candles so she can participate.
Love the kid-customizable cake topper idea, and @Superbrook, that is one of the best ideas I have ever heard... "Share" rather than "Give." Ingenius!
Yes me and my FI already have a 1 year old. I love that he will be at our wedding but sometimes I feel Im ignoring him to plan. Well planning just as much stress as it is excitement and sometimes with kids it adds both a little more stress and excitement.

Hi bees! I have a 3 yr old with my fiance', and he has a 10 year old from a past relationship. I'm trying really hard to incorporate the kiddos in the planning and execution of the wedding. Any ideas? So far I found a cool cake topper with customizable kids on each side of the bride and groom. Anyone else doing something unique or cool to get your kids involved?
