i feel like some of the things are staged, that probably being one of them. but i still watch it every sunday!
I watch the show when McGroom isn't around as he hates it, so I missed this episode, but how is it possible to forget the invites? Would no one ask about them?
artbee, I think a lot of it is staged too.. who would leave ALL of those things to do for the last week.
McBride, people started asking about 4 days before, her dad started calling up and saying, people need directions, you never sent them invitations.. my jaw just dropped.
The show is incredibly addictive for me - I just like to watch and see how incredibly riduculous these women act up to and including their wedding day... I can't imagine aciting like that.. I was so on cloud 9, smiling all day - I can't imagine screaming at my spoune, or my parents, or throwing a tantrum, or fighting with the dj... crazy.
I'm sure editing has it's part in this, but still. The girl w/o the invites basically said she could pay for the whole wedding with a stash she had put away, but lied to her mom so she would pay for everything - even got her to pay for her wedding band.. insane.
I saw that episode too. I watch every chance I get, but I couldn't beleive that she forgot to send out the invites. I find it really hard to beleive that that actually happened. Who forgets to send invites? And what she did to her mom who is on a fixed income was despicable. I hope her mom sees the show and takes her to court to get some of her money back. Her mom should not have had to pay for the wedding bands. And if I was that girls mom, I would have put my foot down long ago. The mom has to know how deceitful her daughter is.

The woman forgot to send invitations... are you kidding me? How do you forget to invite people to your wedding??? How she still had a room full of people, I will never know.
Anyone else watch this show. My husband and I find it to be something like a train wreck, and record it every week...
