@Chelle-Lee:  Oh no!!! That really stinks! 🙁  I’m so sorry you’re dealing with that 🙁

Just out of curiosity, did you try the camouflage (alcohol based) or glamour (water based) makeup?

Where did you buy this airbrush kit thing? From the company directly?

I would file a dispute with your credit card company or bank if you used a debit card.  It may be too late at this point, but if you can, I would take that route.

I think you’ve been way too nice about this.  I personally would call, request the manager, and then calmy, but firmly not get off the phone until he takes my call.

Tell your bank or credit card company. They can refund you and go after the company. Honestly I would be so mad I would threaten to sue or something. Not like I ever would but I would try to scare them into giving me a refund.

Proactiv did this kind of thing to me. I ordered it and paid and never got it. I let them know and they “sent me another kit” (which I never got) and then charged me again. While we were figuring it all out (it took weeks) they auto shipped me another damn kit and charged me for it!!! I finally went to my bank, had them basically freeze proactiv’s ability to charge me for anything, and they refunded me and went after them. I was so mad.

ETA: I also called them at one point during all this and said JUST DELETE ME OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM! i don’t want you to have my credit card number! And they said “we can’t. — so much BS.
