Awww! I’m a Demetrios bride, but that’s not my gown. (And I’m kinda sad they didn’t name them with pretty names!)

Sposabella 4252. The picture online isn’t full-length, and I haven’t seen it in any of their magazine ads. When I tried it on the man at the trunk show (designer’s b-i-l i think) said that it wasn’t in all the shops because it was just a sample and unless someone ordered it, it wouldn’t go into production.

Cosmobella has a dress with similar features to mine, I saw it in a magazine but it’s not on their website (the website has only 2010 and seems to be only for Europe). Cosmobella is made by Demetrios, though…

Speaking of Cosmobella-I may have found your dress! I looked on Demetrios’ US and Intl. sites with no luck, but on a whim decided to try Cosmobella to see if the dress was listed there since you’re in Europe. http://www.cosmobella.com/collection.html

See if this is it:

what is with Demetrios picking the absolute skinniest girls in the world to model their dresses?! On top of a super skinny model, my dress is shown in blue/silver on the web site!

For other Demetrios gals, where did you get your dress?  I saw mine online, and was in NYC for something else and my mom insisted we go to the Demetrios salon at Macy’s in Herald Square to check it out.  but when we got there, there was a trunk show and we had to wait soooo long to see it, but finally they were able to squeeze me in since I was only interested in that one dress.  It put it on, and it was amazing!  I don’t think my folks had planned on getting the dress that day, but my mom went ahead and put down 50%.  Since it was a trunk show there was a 15% discount, and that helped offset the nearly 10% sales tax in NYC.  Plus since it was just a sample and not necessarily going to be made if no one ordered it at one of the few locations it was at, it seemed best to order it while we had the chance.  The designer’s brother-in-law was there for the trunk show, he was really cool.

I bought mine from the actual store and thankfully I know the manager so I was able to use her friends and family discount. Your dress is gorgeous, bananagirl!

Hi ladies! I love Demetrios dresses but I am concerned about if I will find the dress I like the most cuz I’ve heard that sometimes the dresses may be just samples or there are a few of them around the world. How can I know if the dress is easely available?? are these dresses very expensive? some help pleasssssssssssssse!

For the one that wondered skinny models: indeed they are slim and skinny BUT if you sharp your sight you may  be able to see that the pictures are all fixed by adobe photoshop. Take a look and you will see !
