well, i d/k if this is 'creative' hehe but our programs were really easy to make and i think they came out pretty cute! i took inspiration from Mrs. Cupcake's programs, but we did them on the cheap side, with only one thick paper sheet printed both sides, folded like an accordion (4 panels) and sealed with a ribbon:

I'm also planning on doing something Cupcake inspired. I love the accordian program.
Our programs were DIY, but they ended up less "fancy" than I would have liked, simply because we couldn't make them until close to the wedding after we'd nailed down all the final ceremony details. We made a "flip book" style program, with several sheets of paper hole punched at the top, and tied together with ribbon.

Thank you all sooooo much! I think that I am going to combine several different things that I have seen, and see what I can come up with this weekend! If successful, I will def. post pics! =)
I am also having a turquoise and chocolate brown wedding and I am using paddle fans for an outdoor wedding with the program printed on them. Good luck!
I think we're going to go with a fairly simple tri-fold program, just like a standard brochure. They're simple, inexpensive, and practical. We went to a wedding a few moths ago where we got adorable, trendy programs that were awkward and bound with a twist of ribbon, so pages kept falling off. It helped me decide to go with something super simple. I think we'll jazz it up with a beautiful paper.
We're doing a tri-fold, but not how you'd think. It's going to look like opening double doors. Sorry if pics are blurry.

So far, all of our wedding stuff has been DIY, and it has come out really well! Now we are coming around to the time to start programs, and I need help thinking of something REALLY cute and creative! Our colors are turquoise and chocolate.
