no one can help? i thought if anywhere i could find someone who dealt with this it would be on the boards...
Were you wearing the bracelet while you were sleepingt? The bracelet charm could have snagged on the sheets or something while you were sleeping and broke, so that wouldn't be a warranty issue - which is what sounds like happened.
Just call the store when you get home and be honest about what happened and see what they can do for you.
I never sleep with jewelry on because things like this could happen.

I hope maybe someoen can help me. I have a Tiffany's bracelet that DH bought me as a wedding present. I know it was expensive and felt nervous to wear it every day from the start. Part of the bracelet was a small diamond heart charm, Last night, I woke up with a feeling that I had lost the charm and sure enough this morning it was not on my bracelet. I looked everywhere for it but no luck. I have not even owned it for a whole year. Does anyone know if Tiffany's has any sort of warrenty on their gold jewelry? I tried looking ont he website but can't call them until I'm home which is some hours from now. Also, maybe someone had a good experience and has tips for me. The way I see it is something must have broken for the charm to fall off which is why I have a small hope it will be covered by some sort of guarantee.
