Prepare to be amazed:

Chicken Wing Dip:
Spread 1-2 softened cream cheese(s) on the bottom of a glass dish.
In a separate bowl, mix: 2 cans of chicken (or if you have time, you can boil and shred a couple chicken breasts), 1 bottle of Frank’s buffalo sauce, ½ bottle of bleu cheese or ranch, and ½ bag of shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese.
Cover the cream cheese with your mixture.
Top with the rest of the cheese from the bag.

Cook at about 375 until bubbly.

Serve with tortilla chips, Ritz and/or carrots and celery.

This dip is fantastic! Everytime I make it people ask for the recipe. It doesn’t taste a whole bunch like broccoli so you don’t have to worry about that. It’s from pampered chef but I’ve made it with a non pampered chef dish. You can serve it with baked pita ships, soft pita pieces, tortilla chips or crackers.

Hot Broccoli Dip

1 cup broccoli florets, chopped

2 tablespoons chopped onion

2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper

1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup light mayonnaise

1/2 cup light sour cream

1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese, divided

1 garlic clove, pressed

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, combine broccoli, onion and bell pepper. Add cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese and garlic; mix well and spoon into shallow oven-friendly dish.

2. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Yield: 2 cups (16 servings)

This is a cold dip, but always a hit!

“Pig’s Delight”

1 package frozen spinach (the frozen “brick” in the box)
1 jar dried beef
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
dill, to taste
garlic, to taste (the original recipe didn’t call for garlic, but I added it)

Thaw and drain spinach.
Chop or tear dried beef into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
