Every time I search the internet I keep finding the same group of tacky websites.  Does anyone know any sites with cute and maybe a bit unique flower girl dresses?  I can't help seeing these sites such as "flower_girl_dresses_for_cheap" and thinking they are mass produced and getting worried about the quality.  When I search Etsy I get frustrated by the sheer number and that only 1 in 8 or so are actually flower girl dresses don't just contain those three words.

Check local dept stores for fancy dresses and see what catches your eye. Those are higher quality than most flower girl dresses and cheaper as well. They also don't have to be white. If it must be white, then Easter dresses that you can find anywhere will work and no one will know the difference.

I am going to look for cute dresses in department stores around Easter!  I'm hoping in find something awesome, but if I don't, I'll order from this site:

Classy and elegant I guess would be how I would describe it.  I'm not a huge fan of the cookie cutter look although I think making my own sashes might make me feel better about it.  The girls are 2 and 6 so nothing too grown-up looking.  My dress is satin and my bridesmaids are black chiffon.

I just found our flowergirl dress at Macy's this weekend.  It was very cute and was half off the price.  I suggest waiting until Easter gets here and check out the selections in department stores.

In a word, NO!  I ended up getting dresses from regular websites... My littlest girl got her dress at Dillards, and the other two got them at another little girl regular site.Any good flower girl dresses out there? : wedding flower girl Kids

OOh I realy like that last one mm31911.  Are spaghetti straps too summery for a fall wedding?

Seriously! I google it and weird result comes up.

Also, why do they make flowergirl dresses so expensive! Everyone keeps telling me to wait until Easter to find the dresses.

YAY! That is my favorite! I don't think the look would be summer-y, but I would be more concerned about the temperatures in your location at that time of year. Unless it is indoors, then that won't matter. I think the girls would be more confortable with a thinner strap rather than something thicker or with sleeves. :)

Fanatic- maybe you can find the flower girl a little white sweater or shrug for that spaghetti strap dress?

Here are a couple of examples:

OMG mandstan! I love the top left picture with the giant purple tutus.  Any idea where they got those?

I'm not having a flower girl--in fact the youngest girl that I personally know is 17, so that wasn't even an option.  However, i am LOVING the dresses on the My GIrl Dress site.  I would totally buy a few of those if I had a little girl, just for the heck of it.  Especially love this dress & wish it came in my size!!

Okay, WOW mandstan: the image of the little blonde girl in the floaty crimson and ivory tulle dress makes me want to change everything about my wedding just so my flower girl can wear that incredible ensemble.  Scratch the colors, scratch the venue, I'm having some mystical wedding in the forest where my flower girl can wear that adorable ethereal dream.  SO AMAZING.
