So, I saw these "rice sticks" at Trader Joe's and I bought them wanting to make something with them. I made pancit once, that turned out just ok (a bit bland), and I've been trying to find other recipes that use the noodles, but I'm not having much luck except for Pad Thai, but I'm not really into peanuts. I bought a Thai curry sauce from Trader Joe's too, but my sister doesn't like it and I have to cook for her for awhile too. We like medium spicy though, just not curry. Any ideas?
