Did you price the Organza Chair Sashes? Instead of a silk or satin sash. I was also thinking maybe you drape crystals that match your colors on the chair.
I've seen a flower tucked into the tie part and a feather boa drapped over the top of the chair. They did the boas on every other chair.
What are the colours, themes, etc (elegant, contemporary, retro, natural, etc) of the wedding?
The theme is elegant with a little bit of rustic (we are implementing twigs and moss). The colors are plum, gold, and red.
We used chair covers without sashes or anything else to hold them on and they stayed just fine. I thought they looked very elegant, too.

We are using the normal white chair covers, but are looking for something to jazz them up a little. Of course we have looked into the idea of using a colored sash, but they are so expensive to rent/make. Also the tables and chairs are going to be kind of tight so the bows might take up a little more space than we would like. And if we use the silk ones which we were thinking, we are afraid the bows will not stay tied tight because of the fabric.
Do any of you have any suggestions of anything else we could tie around them or hang from the back that would look elegant and still keep the chair cover sitauted on the chair! Thanks!
