Hello!
KC is absolutely the worst when you don't know anyone, isn't it? I moved here a couple of years ago knowing only my sister, then met my (now) husband so now I'm here for just a liiiittle longer than I had planned! We got married June 5th in my hometown (southeast MO) and currently live in Independence (about a mile from the stadiums), but are hoping to relocate near Columbia or STL. I am all done with my wedding planning, but now starting to go through some pretty nasty withdrawals (I can't stop crafting/planning/driving my husband crazy). So please let me know if there is anything I can help with or if you need some good local ideas--I would love to help. I know how hard it can all be... Good luck with everything and welcome to KC!
Julia

Hey ladies!!
I just moved to Kansas City, and the only person I know here is my (soon-to-be) law student fiance, which of course, makes me a law school widow :(
So here's a personal ad! I'm a planning bride, and in need of girl times to get away from my wedding sometimes :P I currently live in the northland, but I'll be moving closer to campus (near the stadiums) in September. I start work tomorrow, but I'd like non-work friends too. I'm getting married in St. Louis, but living here.
So. Anybody want to meet new people? I'd totally be down for hosting a meet-up or something!
