3L here...this month could be hellish but honestly, I can't bring myself to care anymore! I'm so. over. it. already. But I completely understand the way you feel, and I sympathize!
I graduated in 08 but the thought of finals and living in the library still gives me anxiety.

Good luck, ladies! I graduated a few years ago, but I still get anxious around November - it's the darkening days and the feelings of finals looming...
3L here, but no hell... I'm externing full time so no finals. ;) Thank goodness! Only 13 units left after this...!

lmao Miss Scarlet. Obviously I am procratinating too! I have three finals next week, and I'm watching Say Yes to the Dress, am on weddingbee, and reading my outlines. You can imagine how much I'm retaining. :)
Is it really that bad? Or does it really depend on the class and the prof...you girls are scaring me..I will be applying to school soon and you girls are terrifying me!!
I'm a 1L at UChicago, about to take my first exams. I can't believe I've only been in school for two months, thanks to the quarter system, but at least I only have two exams this quarter. Civ Pro advice?
Good luck everyone! I graduated a few years ago, but I rememer the pressure of finals all too well! You'll do great - and enjoy the break you have as all of us who are no longer in school have to work!

@Chipmunk: Law school is very intense, competitive, and time-consuming. Finals are comprehensive and a lot of the time 100% of your grade for the semester. It is a lot of pressure, but if you're motivated you can do it.
I'm a 3L! 1 final and a paper down, 2 finals to go. :(
Luckily next semester is nothing but clinic!
3L! Corporate Tax final on Monday...in around 30 hours. SIGH!
Ok.. i'm pretty sure I'm going to do HORRIBLE on my Patent and Trademark law final tomorrow morning at 9am. Sigh! Send good luck thoughts my way!
Another 3L here. Wedding planning is so much more fun than studying for my exams. At least I only have two this term . . .
This is my second holiday season out-- graduated May 2008. And I must say? I don't miss it a bit! Working is 10x better than law school ladies... just gotta make it through. Really the only thing I miss is the chilling with friends all the time. **happy study vibes** :)
