Hello jaylovessteez!

 I did South Beach, considered a more moderate carb plan, and lost 56lbs. It really works! I love it and felt great on it. I have since gained a little back but plan on visiting the “beach” again.

My family is all doing south beach and they lost SO much weight. I think my dad lost 40 and my sister 60? Something like that. It’s way to strict for me, but I’d go over there for dinner some nights and it was always pretty yummy. Smashed cauliflower is one of my fav’s for a side dish!

My sister HATES cauliflower but she loves the smashed cauliflower, its her substitute for mashed potatos. I don’t know the exact recipe but I know it has the raw cauliflower, non-fat cream, I can’t believe its not butter spray, and pepper. It’s really yummy. I believe my mom uses the recipe from the original South Beach diet book.

South Beach is hard but it works! I lost 20 pounds for the wedding on South Beach.

I’m supposed to be b/c refined carbs and too many sugars do bad, bad things to my belly, but the carbs… they call me. I have to ween myself again. So, yes! I’d love a lo-carb recipe exchange!

i do no white carbs for the most part, but i’ve done low carb diets. They make me woozy and lightheaded.

I usually do veggies+meat stir fries for low carb. I don’t even know what to add in without carbs!

mashed up cauliflower is yummy! I have some setting out cuz i wnat to make some tonight! i had a crapload of garlic and onions to it. It’s good for the breath, =]

I just started a low carb diet. I went up 4 sizes with my baby so I’m trying to get back to normal. I’d LOVE some tasty recipes…I enjoy eating..
