Contact your Attorney General. My sister had a horrible experience with her photographer as well and after writing a letter to the Atty General she refunded her for her albums and had to give her all the rights to her pictures, which she had not originally purchased.

I'm in the process of asking for a refund from our photographer - Long story short it's November and she originally promised the albums would be ready in June. Due to back order they arrived in September, minus the pages and mats and with several photos that were oddly discolored. She promised to fix it, then stopped answering email.
Has anyone had any luck getting their money back for bad service or products that weren't delivered?
