Maggie has some gorgeous dresses. I am a Maggie bride but I went w/ a full ballgown silhouette. I don’t have any pictures of me in the mermaids I tried on but they were gorge. Actually my final decision was between a mermaid and the ballgown… I say go try them! If you love them on the model, you’ll die in person.

Also a Maggie bride, love her collection! My dress was very different from what you’re looking for, as it was a satin drop-waist ballgown type, so I won’t bore you with my photos. I loved the dress though, and I feel like Maggies are great quality for the price.

I had always loved Maggie dresses, and was sad that I couldn’t find one for my wedding that I absolutely loved on – I was looking for a v-neck lace dress with thinner straps. Nothing was out there at the time, but see that her newest collection has one that I probably would have fell in love with!

BUT, if I would have gone the strapless lace direction, Chesney would have been my pick. I loved how it fit and it looked great.

Here’s me in my Maggie Sottero Quinlynn. I got the sample for $399 because she was discontinued but she’s still stunning!

Mine is more of a fit and flare than a mermaid, but here goes anyway! Maggie Sottero Kadee!

I bought Sottero & Midgley Tracey! I am going to add a petticoat underneath to give the bottom more mermaid definition, but this is the dress without any petticoat 🙂 So in-love with it, especially the huge train!!! The veil is a Pnina Tornei and it matched perfectly!

Mine is a fit and flare, but I love it! I especially love the bottom because it’s so light and dreamy. It’s a Maggie Sottero Ascher.

I just bought my Sottero & Midgley Paula dress last week. I love it because I feel like it isn’t super traditional but its still bridal.

Mine is Maggie Sottero – Hazel. I’m not really sure what the silhouette of the dress would be considered, lol, it’s not mermaid, or A-line, and definitely not ballgown! It’s got 3 layers: satin, lace, and then a beaded overlay. Maggie Sottero dresses are beautiful, enjoy the dress buying process 🙂

I am getting the Maggie Sottero Chesney without the jacket cause it was out of my budget and bridesmaids vetoed it 😛

Actually if anyone has an old jacket that goes with the Chesney and interested in selling, please PM me !!

Not a mermaid but ended up getting a gorgeous ball gown from Maggie, called the Crystal!
