I used to use Mane and Tail. LOL it sounds dumb but I felt like it helped.
Prenatal vitamins for sure! They make your hair grow double-fast.
Really?!?! I have never heard anything about pre natal vitamins! I think I might give that a try.
Be careful about Prenatal vitamins. Sometimes, they have too much iron for us non-pregnant women.
I would try a simple Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamin -- available at your local health-food store, lot of pharmacies. Or if you have a GNC or Vitamin Shoppe near you, try them. It's pretty much a B-complex with tons of Biotin.
I've also heard good things about Fish Oil.
It will take a couple months to really see progress, but I've taken both in the past and been happy with them.

Ok so I want to know if someone has tried any "hair growing" pills or vitamins. My hair grows out sooo slow and I would like to have a jump start now that I am letting grow long for the wedding.
