I am not having my reception there, however I am a September bride, and my colors are a hybrid of late summer and early fall...exactly what Sept. in St. Louis is. We are doing brown, fuschia, and champagne. You could do navy, a lighter, maybe cornflower blue and silver/gold/bronze to add a touch of modernity

Ladies,
Has anyone had their reception at the Moolah Ballroom? It's in our top 3 but my mother doesn't like the green carpet and wall color. So my questions are:
1. Once the hall is decorated did you notice how "green" it is?
2. Did the green clash with your color scheme?
3. What was your overall experience with them?
I'm considering doing green, blue and silver but as we are a Sept wedding my mother of course thinks we should do a fall color scheme.
Thanks for your responses in advance.
