Hello~

I bought the 5115 from online because I was in a similar situation.

The dress is actually coming in this week! 😀

There are 3x I saw pics of the dress being posted on here & it looked great on everyone!

I tried on the 5115! I really loved it and thought the lace was beautiful. It was one of my top contenders but decided to go for something more fitted. Here I am in a sample that was slightly too small, hope it helps!

@thebear:  yeah, the lighting in that store was awesome! It was the only store where the cell phone pics actually turned out decent. The lighting in the other places made the pics look so bad. I was trying to decide between a-line and fitted too. I haven’t placed an order yet, but I’m 99% sure I’m going to go with this dress:

I tried that one on, it was my runner up! I was worried about getting the lace moved/hemmed since Im super short, but man is it a gorgeous dress.

@thebear:  Thank you so much! The designer is Sottero & Midgley. I’m kind of surprised by my choice b/c it’s so different than what I imagined myself in. I love that it’s fun and romantic at the same time!

@thebear:  I wound up going with another Mori Lee that had a lace bodice, but a more simple bottom. One seamstress I spoke with about my concerns told me I was looking at over $600 in alterations for the 5115… and as much as I *loved* it I just couldn’t stomache the sticker shock of alterations. You can see my dress here
