I'm curious if anyone has been to this place or is planning on getting married here? I'm looking for a gorgeous oak or redwood grove for my ceremony and this place looks pretty cool.

Wow that place looks so beautiful! I've never been there before, but I can imagine it'll be a great place for a ceremony. Where's the silicon valley exactly? Is it far from the covina area?

Silicon Valley is northern calfornia just below San Francisco. this place I believe is in the Los Gatos/Santa Cruz area.

Here Comes the Guide has 360degree tours (hallelujah hollaback for 3D!) so it gives you a much better sense of the place.

I think there is going to be a pretty big 'under the age of 8' contingency at my wedding since most my girlfriends and family have little ones and this place has a little train that takes you on a tour. I thought that might be cool for the kids during cocktails or something.

I loved Nestldown! Me and my fiance went and did a tour last Jan and i loved every part of it. We live 6hrs south of Los Gatos and still are planning on getting married there this oct. It's perfect fairy tail meets out doors beauty. And the location cordnator is very nice and helpful. Good luck! My friend attended a wedding there and she said that it was absolutely gorgeous. It will definitely be a good choice.

thanks! We ended up booking it and I am SO EXCITED! We were going to do Oct but opted for Aug at the last minute. It's the most amazing venue I've been to.

We looked into Nestldown. It is definitely beautiful, no doubt. Unfortunately, it was way out of our price range, and required some jumping through hoops for vendors not on their list.

Yeah, it was way more than what I had anticipated but I opted to get married on a Friday so there was a significant price difference ($2k!). They are really strict on their vendor list because of the funky load-in and preserving the facilities. I'm fortunate that I'm able to bring in my own people (I insist on an organic and sustainable caterer) and I'm hoping that after my event the experience will be solid so that they will feature my crew on their list for future brides and that my friends will enjoy working there.
