Hi ladies. Its my first cycle of the bcp and I’m following the 5 elevated temp rules for to figure out my phase III (infertile window) so this doesn’t quite apply to this month. HOWEVER I want to figure out my LTL and HTL and I was wondering what to do about the odd temp on CD18. What do you all think I should use as my LTL and HTL. Heres a link to my chart…. http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/3cfcfa I was thinking my peak day would possibly CD20 be making my prerise six CD14-19. And do you think I would shave CD 14 too???

@Woodstock: thought i’d bump this for you.
i don’t know what LTL or HTL means, or what shaving off a day would mean… and I though I was pretty good with the TTC lingo now!! Maybe some translations will get you more answers?? Or maybe you’re looking for some specific advice…

HTL- High temperature level LTL- Low Temp level.
not necessarily ttc lingo, more specifically nfp/fam lingo that helps in determining fertile and infertile phases of your cycle.
im thinking a nfp/fam site would have answers… i was just anxious to get an answer and thought maybe someone here would know. but the other site has a 24hr waiting period b4 i can post
