The only major thing we need is the cake!

What I've learned with vendors (dj, photog) if they work for themself don't be afraid to say that price is more then i budgeted can i get a better rate!
My Dj gave me 300 off his org price!

working on.. oh about a million things.. mostly trying to figure out a centerpiece revolving around manzanita branches... :)
I'm Nov. 27th!!! Haven't done anything except bought his ring, haha!! Only been engaged for a two weeks though :-)
Wow! From today there are only 170 days left!
We have:
-booked our ceremony and reception site (caterer and cake booked through reception site)
-sent out our Save the Dates
-bought my dress and the b-maid's dresses
-booked our live band
-set up our website for the guests to visit to find out information
And right now we are working on booking the photographer, videographer, and figuring out our invitations! The wedding day will be here before we know it!
Can I play too? My wedding is on November 24th, but that's because on the resort we're getting married at, they don't do weekend weddings.

Save the dates (already sent)
50% of the bridal party is dressed
Flights and hotel booked
Moms are dressed
I'm sure there arem ore things... but these are what comes to mind right now!
I'm November 26 in Nicaragua, and all we've got so far is the date!! (Sent a Save the Date email to all invitees from the US). Only got engaged last month. Thankfully things are not so crazy here in terms of booking in advance, but there's lots to do!
First priority is finding the venue... we've started looking and I'm debating what should be the priority for choosing a venue, because the options are so different!
Other thing I'm focused on is trying to find a wedding dress since I'll be home in the US in late July, so i'm going to order some online to try on there.
Oh and I have lots of ideas! But that's it. :-)
I have most of it done -- invitations have been ordered, and the calligrapher is now addressing the envelopes. I think we'll be sending them out in late August.
We have to pick our songs for the videographer, my dress comes in in August, and I'll need to prepare out of town bags, but since it's a wedding in Brazil, I'll have to do that the week before. Ah, and arrange transportation for the guests, but that we won't know until we have the final count.
Aside from that, it's all done, I think (my parents are planning everything. Can you tell?)
We've done the important stuff, like booking the venue, reverend, photographer and florist, but that's about it. Oh and I've ordered my dress and my MOH's dress. Really got to get organised considering we're less than five months out now. Wish I could afford a wedding planner!

Just wondering if anyone else is getting married the same day as me? If so, what's been planned? What are you working on now?

-venue booked (at a restaurant, so esentially caterer booked also)
- send out STD
- booking photog on Monday
That is about it, other than tons of ideas in my head about everything else...
