I’m trying to tone up too. Since March, I’ve lost 5 pounds, and I’d like to lose another 5 pounds, and definitely add some definition to my arms and back. Currently I’m trying to watch portions, cut out sugar (but that’s so hard!), run twice a week, and do weights 2-3 times a week.  I’ve heard a lot about Insanity, so I was thinking of trying it instead of doing my own weight workouts. Nice to hear you’ve had good results from it!

Yeah I have 3kg to loose before I’m back at where I want to be. I need to shake it up more and get motivated again.

I’m not really trying to lose weight at this point.  Just trying to be healthy and get more toned up.  I find now that it’s getting hotter it’s easier to eat better and drink more water.

Yup. Not just for the wedding though. FH and I are changing our eating habits for good. I rarely drink soda or coffee anymore. Now it’s just water. Plain water. Every now and then I’ll have a glass of milk, and occasionally a couple of cocktails. Our weekly menu consists of alot of veggies, and I’m doing cardio (elliptical) 45 minutes 3x a week, eventually I would like to get up to 7x a week but I’m adjusting slowly.

Trying to tone now! I lost about 12lbs and while I’d like to lose another 3 just for the number I realize I probably won’t because I want to gain muscle. I tried on my dress yesterday and it fit perfectly except it need to be taken in in the bust a little bit so I don’t want to gain/lose too much!

I’ve been on Weight Watchers since January.  I started at 155 and am down to 126 right now.  I didn’t expect to lose this much, but am curious to see if I can get down to my high school weight of 120.

I keep saying I need to go back to the gym and portion control, but there’s so many things in life that keep popping up that throw me off track.  It’s starting to depress me.

I was running every other day for awhile but then my running buddy’s schedule changed.  So we haven’t been running because it’s not a good idea to run alone where I live.  >_>;  And now it’s super hot so I’d have to get up super early.  Thinking about hopping on the elliptical and getting back into it that way.  Like I said before, not trying to really lose any weight at this point just trying to stay toned.

What have you ladies been eating lately?  =)

@mags2233:  Good for you!  Continue your good work!! =) I wish I could follow in your footsteps.  There’s morning where I don’t get home until 7:23 am (I work overnights) so I’m already up when you’re ready to start your day!!
