@Crebre, love the ring. That is my birthstone and my wedding ring from my starter marriage included it. I love your ring.

Waiting Bees - no engagement for me either. Not expected though. I think it will be in May (our 1 year anniversary). His mother told me this past weekend on the phone that she'll see me in May. She lives in North Carolina and I was surprised to hear that she'd be visiting in May. I asked him why she was coming in May and not in the Summer as she has done routinely for the past 5 or 6 years, he brushed it off and said, "I guess that is the only time she could get vacation." So, I have May on the brain. LOL!!! But, we did go looking for new homes this weekend. It was draining! An eye opener to what our budget could get us closer to the City. @91101 how cool?! and may sounds like it's the right time!! my mom is CONVINCED that it will happen then because he's coming home for the first time and truth be told it's the first time in 6 years that i have bought anyone home. i mean even only one of my exes came home for christmas and that was the first year we were together he never bothered to come back at all. m was very surprised and i reminded him about why i found it so important last year and he was like i know i know (like okay i made a mistake i promise i will never do it again)..

btw cute story: i showed m my favorite commercial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-jOjK003Yk ) and he was like oh that just happens on tv and i was shocked that he thought that because i think he's just as romantic... i reminded him about the bottle of moet rose that i wanted for my 28th bday that he forgot to buy and that he purchased this year (29th bday) when i didn't even ask him about it and it bought tears to my eyes... and he was like oh.. really? he is absolutely the most romantic guy i know and it rocks that he doesn't know he's being romantic because this is just him <3...
