This looks so beautiful! I hope you post pics after you get married! 🙂

We’re six months out from our elopement and have planned a lot, ha ha! Right now, we’re working on the reception details.

@mukai: we’re currently debating between a very small DW or a big wedding at home. If we do a DW in Hawaii, we’re going all out. I do love the idea of having my dream wedding on a much smaller scale to stay within budget, but I’m having a hard time accepting that not everyone I want there will be there. I hope to decide by the end of the month so we can start planning!

@mukai: We won’t have any guests; just our officiant, photographers, and videographers. We have our venue and vendors all picked out. 🙂

@mukai: wow!!! I love your dress, shoes, belt and flowers!!! Just wondering if you have already purchased your photo props, and if so, where did you purchase them from?? I really want those Mr. and Mrs. signs and the umbrella is so super cute for the thank you cards!

@mukai: That sounds more like a small wedding to me than an elopement 🙂 Looks beautiful though!

@ontbride: We’re renting a barn for our ceremony and reception. We’re currently looking into staying at a local B&B for our mini-moon.

@mukai: I felt like we went all out, but on our terms. The venue did not need any decor – it was beautiful as is. All out to us was a lovely wedding dress and suit, flowers, champange, nice photographer, fancy dinner, fancy lodging. I did not hire the $200 Irish bag piper that I wanted, that was a bit much for me.

We’re going all out on attire but that’s about it. I’m not decorating the venue because its not really needed.

We’re staying in a fancy hotel and having a ceremony and a FABULOUS photographer in Europe and then having the civil ceremony at City Hall at home with our allotted 12 people when we get back from our two-city honeymoon/weddingmoon. Then we’re throwing a party for the rest of our family and friends! To be honest, most people don’t care about the ceremony in my family, just the party! I’m thinking renting a beachhouse sounds pretty awesome…

We are having our elopement with immediate family at the old santa ana courthouse in orange county. Im wearing a big 2 in 1 ball gown. Going for the princess look with lots of sparkle. Afterwards we are going to disneyland where my shorter skirt comes in. A lunch reception at the blue bayou restaurant inside the pirates of the Caribbean where we will order a wedding cake to be served. Going to splurge and get the reserved seating for fantasmic as well. We will be spending the weekend in the fairytale suite at the disneyland hotel as well. About a month after the wedding we will be going to brazil for 2 weeks for the World Cup. Im debating on having a party when we get home for our extended family and friends. Will post pics when I have my details sorted out.
