I wouldnt suggest it in the long run because it is so strict but i want/ need to drop some weight quickly and had a friend who has done well on this program. Just finished my first week. Any other bees doing carb cycling or have done it in the past?

I’ve done it in the past and didn’t really find it made me drop weight faster. It was also probably a half assed attempt though 😛 Right now I’m doing fairly low carb with one re-feed day every week. Just started this plan so we’ll see how it goes. Oats in the morning and yam at lunch to fuel my evening work out.

Yeah, i lost quite a bit this week but dont know if there was any magic to the carb cycling or just the fact that i ate uber healthy the whole week…i only have 2 months to my wedding so i needed results fast but not sure if something more moderate mya give me similar results without the extreme strictness.
