I have changed my mind about everything except the groom of course. I changed my mind about the colors like at least 20 times. I still haven't made up my mind. Also about the style of the bridesmaid dresses. Let's see the shoes bought them, but I changed my mind and don't like them anymore.

What are the things that you bees have changed your mind on?

EVERYTHING!!!! I go back and forth with everything!  It drives me crazy.  It's just the kind of person I am, I think.  The only thing that I have made a solid, confident decision on is my ceremony venue.  But, I understand how you feel ... it's honestly draining!  :(

At first I really did.  I was overloaded with inspiration.  It got easier as I committed to things.  You just have to make one decision, and go from there.

Bear in mind that there will ALWAYS be more ideas, more inspirations.  There will always be pretty dresses and different color palettes and different cakes and new trends.  There is no end to it and you can't do it all.  And that's ok.

The only "wrong" choice you can make is choosing something you don't actually love.

OK – this is so crazy that you just posted this thread. I was just getting ready to ask/write a similar thread.  I haven’t changed my mind about anything thus far and all of a sudden last night I couldn’t sleep at all. My dress is quite formal, and I have been stressing myself over the BM dresses and the fact they aren’t floor length therefore they aren’t formal enough. The only problem – for me there aren’t any elegant decent priced floor length BM dresses out there. WELL today I found the most perfectly priced, formal BM dresses that come in all sorts of styles in the same fabric.  My mind is now made up. No more driving myself NUTS……Oh the BM dresses are Swoon,  www.swoondress.com

    @beachbride0810

Oh, I totally won't ever change my mind about my ceremony and reception venues. They have been booked. That's easy. I mean the small details. I mean I know for sure I like the colors fuchsia and turquoise and that the bridesmaid dresses will be in the color fuchsia. BUT I don't have them picked out yet!!!!!! My cousin offered to help me with the centerpieces tho. The thing about changing my mind all of the time. Is that the save the dates won't match with the invitations, the invitations won't match with the theme of the wedding and everything will be mismatched because I can't make up my mind....

@mermaid1082  You're absolutely right there are always new trends and prettier. I have to understand that. I will try my best to commit to my decisions. Thanks for the great advice!

@Jackie-O. I'm having a formal wedding too and I took my bridesmaid to try on short dresses like duh! I didn't realize they had to be long. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I wish my bridesmaids could afford dresses that cost over 200 bucks from swoon but I'm happy that you found your bridesmaid dresses..

    Congrats all!

Oh gosh, I changed my mind A LOT. Our colors changed just before we decided on our BM dresses, and I ended up changing my dress about 6 months before the wedding (even though I had already purchased one four months before that).

We changed our cake design so many times that I thought the baker was going to kill us (but she didn't, she was super awesome about it), and a few days before the wedding, I made some floral changes. I think vendors expect it, so long as you're nice about it and know that after a certain point, you can't make changes.

You should be happy with your choices, so it's okay :)

Whoops, I was a little too quick to press send Embarassed

I struggled over location(s), style of ceremony, our wedding date, the time of our wedding, the reception, rings, honeymoon, OMG especially the honeymoon! The only thing I knew for sure was I wanted something small and intimate. But because we're from different countries it was always trying to work with having something for both families.

In the end we realized we don't want anything big, in fact it'll be just us! It's perfect and we couldn't be happier! The family's OK with it too, so now I have time to be indecisive about my dress, veil, and flowers!

I am so glad you posted this, cause i feel like the most indecisive person in the world. Every week I change the colors, then i want to change the already puchased bridesmaid dresses!

choosing bmaid dresses was the hardest decision for me!  I felt SO much better once that was done.  It made me feel confident about everything else.

When are you shopping for them?  You need to go soon since they can take time to come in!

I know I have to get all the bridesmaids together and that's hard. Maybe two by two or three by three, or even one by one. I'm only having 4. I feel disorganized I have to call them and have good communication.
