Ok, so I started Couch to 5k late last year and in March I had only made it up to week 5. As I have mentioned before, after deciding on a date and booking the venue I just fell off the entire fitness wagon. I am trying to get myself back on and one thing that helped even though I never completed the program is c25k. I should also mention i tried it another time before but never made it past the first week due to inconsistency. Well, that is NOT going to happen again.
Anyone else want to join me? I did day 2 of week 1 today so one more day left and on to week 2 for me!
