I just realised that my wedding is 4 weeks away and I intended to get really fit and healthy and then life got in the way. I eat really well – lean proteins and vegies for lunch and dinner and a protein smoothie for breakfast, but it hasn’t helped much due to a thyroid problem, and now I feel a tiny bit disappointed that I didn’t slim down for the biggest photo day of my life!! There’s not a whole lot I can do now…I will watch portion size, further increase vegies and walk daily, so I guess I wanted some perspective from other bees who are/were in a similar position? Also does anyone know any remedies for fluid retention? My doctor says I am carrying around 5 kilos just in extra water weight. I fantasize about peeing out 5 kilos! Gross I know, but wouldn’t that be fabulous?
How do I “rock my curves with confidence?”. The thing is, when I see other plus size girls on here on their wedding I think they look amazing….
