Hey!  I love that dress.  It's from the new collection, right?  I think if it had been out when I bought mine last summer, I might have gone with that one!  I'm a Justin Alexander bride, style 8102.  Here's me in it (with my daughter checking it out).

LOVEE YOUR DRESS!! So far I think we are the only ones with that dress- you have the short version and mine is the long! I can't wait to see your pictures in it! What color did you end up buying it in btw? 

tonya - after i see your dress on this board and every time i see you comment on a posting, i keep on wanting that dress so i finally bought it yesterday!!  =) 

oh yes i sooo love it!  i have a casablanca dress for my ceremony but i keep on eyeing the tea-length dress!!  i guess after i read how much you paid for it, it gave me hope that i can find that dress for around low-$1000, which is not ridiculously expensive for a second dress, so i took the plunge and bought it!

i dont know if you read a thread i started re: mark-up on gowns: i actuall just called around for the price, and Beverly Hills store sells it for $1950 while an Arizona store sells it for $900.  can you believe it.

mine wont get here until this summer, i cannot wait to get it.

the justin alexander saleslady was actually in the store when i stopped by to try on and she said we can cut off the petticoat thingy underneathe the skirt after our wedding to make it less pouffy, and it can be worn as a nice dress for night on the town. 

by the way, Tonya, i want to thank you for inspiring me (and nudging me indirectly) to buy this dress, without you posting it over and over, i wouldn't have felt the desire to buy it!!  (ok maybe i can blame you for inspiring me to spend extra money on a second dress? just kidding!)

all kidding aside, truly, thank you for being so open about the great deal you got, i think because you shared your info, i knew there would be stores who would be willing to sell it for around/under $1000 so i just called around.  i am very grateful to you!
