Hi there. I am not IN London but I am hoping to marry in London at Idlewyld. I would love to hear more about the vendors you are using - photographers and makeup/hair in particular!
Although I am still waiting, I am originally from London, likely getting married in Niagara though. I have worked for two different caterers in London though, and know most others, so when you are looking send me a pm and I can give some advice. Also for hair/makeup, there is a stylist in Whitehills that will travel, she is awesome, and I go to Evanesce (Wharncliffe and Commissioners) for esthetics.
I'm getting married at Windermere, but since I'm from Woodstock, our cake and flowers are coming from there. I would love some advice on photographers though...

Moved here for grad school, met The Guy, built a house and the rest is history. Will be getting married in the Hamilton area though, which is where I'm from.
I live in London but I'm getting married near Windsor (near my hometown).
I'm just going to wave from down here in Windsor (Amherstburg!). I'm in London often though, and I'm totally in love with the Armouries, great venue @Mrs. Martin. We went there for their mothers day brunch a few years ago and it was amazing.
@prettylizy I'm getting married in Leamington but am originally from Essex. I'm surprised by all of the South Western Ontario brides on here!
@teaparty AWE! Small world eh? I went to EDHS for 1 semester before starting University. I'm thrilled by all the SWO brides, it's nice that there are so many of us on here!
@prettylizy Not to sound like stalker but I took a quick peek at your profile and you're only a couple of years older than me - I guess we would have been at EDHS at the same time (for a semester, anyway). A very small world indeed.
@hergreenapples - I'm doing my PhD at Western what grad program are you in?

I have more stuff booked now - we are having our ceremony in Waterworks park which is in the north part of St. Thomas!
@hiswallow - I haven't booked my make-up yet but I am getting my hair did at Side Street Salon (next to the barking frog downtown) which is my regular salon!
I am so happy that more SW Ontario brides are coming out of the woodworks - there was no response on this thread for 3 months LOL!
@ Future Mrs Martin - I'm not in grad school any more. Moved here 4.5 years ago to do my master's. I still work in the university community though.
