I tried on dresses before I was engaged and I didn’t think it was crazy haha. If anyone else knew, I guess they’d think it was crazy, but I kept it to myself.Tongue Out

No, one good thing about the waiting is that I can get ideas of what I like without having to make concrete plans, and I have tme to change my mind. I’m super indecisive, and when it comes to actually planning a wedding, I know I’m going to be constantly second-guessing myself, having dress regret, and the whole 9 yards.

I think everything on my Pinterest board speaks for itself.  Lol.  I’ve gone as far as to look up pricings on venues of places we’ve talked about liking, prices of dresses, accessories…  I’ve looked into premarital counseling…  I even just posted a thread about needing to buy a new mattress.  Where did that come from?  Me looking at Bed Bath & Beyond registry options.

Oh hell yeah, I’m ready.

Oh the Pinterest boards… Has anyone seen the video “Sh** Brides Say”? Well the SO and I watched that together and everytime he sees me on Pinterest, he quotes that video.

I think I’ve pretty much researched every aspect of getting married to death – from dresses to suits, to Pre-Cana, to legal issues (name change, wills, etc)

I picked out my dress (online) three years ago!  I’m pretty sure It’ll be long since discontinued or I won’t fit it by the time we get married. :-/

Pintrest is evil. Seriously, evil. But it lets me to think about wedding stuff without calling anyone.

There is one dress i would love to try on, but I think I will wait. It’s bad luck and I find those Dress keepers are hell-a superstitious (spelling?)

Me! Me! Me! I found lots of great wedding stuff in Hobbycraft that’d save us a fortune (if we made our own bouquets etc) and really wanted to start buying them now! But he’s not even proposed yet lol

Yup, all I know is that I’m waiting for somewhere between 6 months & a year, yet I’m going crazy. Thanks Pinterest. Have a dress I’m in love with…feel freakin nuts sometimes.

When we decided that we’d likely be getting engaged this year, I went crazy.  I love to research things anyway, but I spent a lot of time looking into wedding things…

My boyfriend had to have an intervention… He told me that he thought it was really unhealthy and that I needed to find another hobby.  It hurt my feelings a lot, so I’ve been trying to just wait until things are official.
