I'm not but my sis is finishing up her 2-year PA program! I can tell you the school and more specifics in PM if you want. She loves it. I don't know much about the medical field but based on her and friends' experiences, if you want to practice but don't care about RUNNING a practice, this is the way to go (vs. med school).
@MsJeep23: Thaks for the info! I have worked in the medical field for 4 years now as a research coordinator. I currently work with kids and love it, but I think I want more in the long run. After working with Drs I know for sure that being a physician is not for me. I don't care about owning my own practice so this sounds like it could be a great fit for me!
Glad to hear that your sister and other friends enjoy it so much!

Just wondering if there are any physician assistants out there on weddingbee! I am considering going back to school to get my masters in a PA program. I have two Bachelor of Arts degrees so it will be a longer road for me to finish this program.
I'd appreciate any ifnormation about your experiences or advice about being a PA/ PA programs!
