I booked an appt with a physiotherapist here next week but desperate for some tips or help. (Stretches, ideas?).
I fell in the beginning of Feb on the road (snow) and sprained my foot (not my ankle). I twisted my knee a bit but mostly was my foot. It got better after icing etc but something is really not right in the middle of my foot. Kinda throbbing pain all the time on the front of the foot and through the foot down to the ball of the foot. No problem wiggling toes or slightly bending my foot but it hurts after I walk a little bit.
I cannot bend my foot into say a wedge shoe. I tried to ride my FI bike the other day and put my foot down lightly but had to “pointed” (not flat foot down) and I had excruciating pain! Sharp pains keep happening and it’s throbbing enough to put ice on it.
My DR. Grr. I said I think Ineed an Xray. He said let’s take a look. He tried to bend it, it was okay at the time. Pointing toes a bit. It’s not broken. Soft tissue, take it light. That’s it! I am trying to find a new Dr….
