I dont know any there, but if I were you I'd check around to see what the travel fees some photogs you like may charge. I've heard that some photogs will wave or greatly reduce the fees or cut a deal if they really like the place and want to go (or maybe make a working vacation out of it).

That is true, some photographers may reduce their travel expenses in order to do a destination wedding. I'd look for someone who is still established, but wanting to add destination weddings to their portfolio.
