Weddingbee boards

Hi!

I don't know much about the San Jose nightlife so I was wondering if any of you South Bay party people can help me with this one?

We need to be out of our reception venue pretty eary (9:00pm!!) so we're trying to find a good place to have the after party when the reception ends. 

We're looking for something in Downtown San Jose and I'd prefer a place that is not filled with frat boys and college kids.   Something that is laid back, not too shi-shi, but not ultra divey either.  Somewhere with a dance floor is a plus!

It's been awhile since I've been to dt san jose, but a friend of mine had her afterparty at Farenheit Ultralounge several years ago, and I don't remember it being too packed w/ frat kids.  And I believe they have a dance floor...

You should check out the Paragon.  Its a great little Lounge.  Farenheit is cool too I guess...Koji Sake Lounge is awesome as well.

I havnen't been downtown in awhile either but motif is a pretty nice spot.  However, I dont know what the crowd will be like that night.
