Depends on where in L.A. but you could at least check out her website: www.juliebiorkman.com. No videography but the photography price can't be beat. I think the biggest package is about $1800.

Not sure if you still need any recs but Adrienne Gunde ( http://www.adriennegunde.com/ ) is an amazing photographer who shot my good friend's wedding last year. Her photos were just gorgeousss!!!! She's about one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and her photos speak volumes to her talent! I know that her pricing is extremely reasonable too!
As for a videographer, try http://www.jasondanielproductions.com/. I think his packages start at $999 and he's been in the business for over 11 years. Really easy to work with too!
