I have tried this diet on and off on numerous occasions, but this time FI and I are sticking to is AT LEAST for the month leading up to our wedding.
We started again last week and I have dropped 6 lbs which only really leaves me at my pre-Thanksgiving/holiday weight. I want to lose about 10 more. Fi is down 5 with a target weightloss of 15 as well. The diet claims it is possible to drop 20 lbs in a month so let’s cross our fingers!
How about any of you out there? Has it been difficult? Any tips on how to shake that ever present sweet tooth of mine?

I’m a wannabe paleo with crappy willpower and lots of cravings… does that count?
I find blueberries mostly guiltless because they’re lower GI than a lot of fruits, for the sweet tooth. I eat a lot of frozen blueberries!!
Or a couple spoonfuls of cool whip, but I can’t get cool whip where I live now.

I do about 2/3 of my meals paleo! I love anything crockpot or with coconut milk.
My H does NOT do paleo so something he’ll cook up pasta or ramen to eat on the side with whatever I made.
