FI and I are looking for a photographer and came across Redfield Photography based out of Philadelphia, PA. We really like their photos and they are within our budget YAY! (we are looking to spend no more than $5,000 including wedding/engagement pics and albums). However, there are no reviews online about their work. I was wondering if anyone has used them or know of anyone who has used them and what their experience was like. Any info about this photographer or any others in the South Jersey/ Philly area are welcome

I am from that area, and would be VERY careful about hiring anyone you can’t find reviews for – you may be sacrificing in the customer service department. That being said, I don’t love their trendy processing style (going to be very dated in the near future) but their work seems pretty good albiet not necessarily $5k good. For that price you could afford a small package with Tony Hoffer, and his works puts theirs to shame.

I dont know anything about the photog you mentioned but we used Marc Anthony photography , he is WELL below the 5k mark surprisingly ESP since he’s in south jersey. He travels all over tri state area . Ill attach his site for you to look over and I can send you some pics from our wedding if you’d like. I can’t say I’m not a tiny bit disappointed (mostly bc of the second photographers crappy work which we paid extra FTP have ) but he’s still a good option. Just do not let him use amber as second photog if you decide to have one.
My first choice was Erik Matey . He’s super awesome , fun sbd extremely well trained . He is also below the 5k mark. unfortunately for me my Husbabd preferred Marc’s portfolio (can’t understand why ) and since he’s a photo buff I let him choose 🙁

I know one of the Philly bees booked with him (them?) Might want to look through the Philly boards.
I’ve gotta pump up my photographer, who is amazing and easy to communicate with. I don’t know what style you’re looking for, but here they are:
I’m paying $3100, tax included, for our 2015 wedding which includes the engagement session, 10 hours of coverage on the wedding day with 2 shooters (Miguel and his wife, Tracey), DVD of the edited images and a thumb drive too (which is cool and has the logo on it). I’m probably blanking on all of the other stuff he included…he was the first (of 3) photographers we met with. You can tell he really likes what he does. Funny guy but allllllll business. Just what we wanted. Worth a shot, right?

Oh yes, and Hoffer…if I could afford them, they would have been a top contender. Wowee.
