Any suggestions for outdoor e-pics in February?

For indoor, i’d look for a small local art museum and ask them if you can take photos there for a donation, or even think of a local zoo.  Do you have a butterfly conservatory by you at all?  They usually have bright flowers and the butterflies inside, but harder to secure a private area.

@1blingedoutbride: If you’re close enough I would look in to the Duke Gardens. They have a variety of plants, some that grow nicely in the colder months as well as water and structures that give an interesting background. My favorite feature is a bridge they have that is bright red, so there are pops of color even in the dead of winter. I do think they charge a fee of about $100 for portrait photography.
