What to Eat When You're Expecting is a good resource. And it has some great recipes that are easy on the tummy, in case you have morning sickness.
I have been reading a book called Feeding Baby Green by Alan Greene. It goes over nutrition during pregnancy as well as what to feed your baby. Also, look for info on the Brewer's Diet.

We are going to start TTC in July, and one of my to do's right now is to find a good book on pregnancy and nutrition. I have searched around Amazon, but it doesn't seem like there is much out there. I guess what I am looking for are both important things I need to be eating and avoiding, as well as some recipe ideas so that I've got a stash of ideas I can start implementing now.
Has anyone found a good book that covers this? I already avoid most processed foods and my diet isn't horrible, but I'd like to learn some options so that when I am pregnant and ravenous, I have somewhere to look for guidance.
