@Mittz:  It depends on what you’re looking for. You’re probably going to have to look into going into Hawaii Kai or Kailua for a restaurant that serves breakfast.  I don’t think Waimanalo has restaurants with seating that can accomodate 25-30 people.  

There is a plate lunch place that opens at 9:30 called Keneke’s. They’re close to Waimanalo Beach, but it’s super casual but definitely budget friendly.  http://www.yelp.com/biz/kenekes-plate-lunch-and-bbq-waimanalo-2

@Mittz:  Have you taken a look at Roy’s in Hawaii Kai?  They have a private room you can use.  They are on the pricier end, but their food is great.  Or you can try the Pagoda brunch buffet (but it’s about a 20-25 min drive from Waimanalo).  It is well worth the price!
