Those look fantastic!! I love love love the way you did the addresses on the front.
That looks awesome! Where did you get your return address stamp made?
Thanks!
@BrooklynBride: I got the stamp at www.rubberstamps.net . The picture here isn't the greatest with the glare, but it really is legible in real life, even with the embossing.
They look fabulous!!! Great job with your first gocco project! Burning the screen for the first time is nerve-wracking isn't it?
Question about your return address stamp: Did you design it yourself? If so, where did you get the pretty border?
@sammy: Yes, the first burn was a little stressful! I still get a little nervous with every iteration, especially once I start layering colors on top of other colors!
I did design the address stamp myself. I used a border from istockphoto and adapted it in illustrator. I don't remember the name of the file, but if you search for bookplates you should see it or something similar.
Those are so awesome! I love the colors and the picture of you two! so cute!

Hi All,
I'm finally getting around to posting my Save-the-Dates that I sent out a few weeks ago. I grabbed inspiration from quite a few members here, and for that I am very grateful!
I gocco'd the outside of the envelope and then individually printed the addresses using my Canon Pixma (yes, I did send a save-the-date to Stephen King. I figured I'll be in Maine so what the heck!). The return address label is hand stamped and then embossed using gold powder. The envelope liners were a mix of about 10 different papers.
I also gocco'd the main save-the-date card on heavy chipboard and included a Moo Card with one of our pictures on the front (we used 16 different images) and our info and website on the back. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out for my first gocco and design project, so I thought I'd share!
