Any tips for doing your own beer, wine and one cocktail? I.e. no bartender

We’re doing the same thing except for like 150 people!  A bunch of kegs in ice in the shade with a ton of disposable clear cups, a bunch of bottles of wine in ice in tubs, a wheelbarrow full of ice and canned/bottled drinks (iced tea, lemonade, soda), and some drink dispensers of water.  I think the key is keeping everything in the shade, having a ton of backup ice kept somewhere cool, and putting someone in charge of restocking as the event goes…

If you are only doing one mixed drink consider making them brefore hand in mason jars with cute labels on the top, then you know people arent getting to drunk by pouring themselves and then no one has to mix anything themselves
