Anyone know of any tricks to minimize the look of dark circles (other than more sleep)?
I’ve had two people tell me in the last week that my eyes look rough….. I haven’t had dark circles since my undergrad years!

I have a terrible dark circle problem. Bobbi Brown cosmetsics has this amazing under eye concealer. The first layer goes on pink to neutralize the dark circles. Then you put on another layer that matches your skin tone. I’ve also started using their under eye repair cream which I think is helping a little bit. If you go to a mall with a Bobbi Brown stand they’ll probably demo some of it on you (and maybe even do your makeup, which is always fun!)

concelear is a miracle worker! i like mac’s the best. just make sure you dab it in with your ring finger. don’t push it around or try to rub it in because that moves it to where it’s not needed, just keep dabbing. at first you’ll think it will never blend, but it does!

Drink lots of water. Find a good under eye moisturizer specifically for dark circles.
Try cucumber juice. Even Vitamin E (you can get it in gel supplements, prick the capsule with a pin and gently massage into your skin–this is what I use for my eczema flare ups in the eye area) can be used.
THEN I would look for a good concealer. 🙂

I have really dark, puffy circles. I’ve been using Clinique’s All About Eyes “massage” serum. I was hesitant at first (didn’t think it would work), but it definitely reduces puffiness.
I conceal the darkness with Makeup Forever’s HD invisible cover concealer. It has very nice coverage!

I’ve heard WonderBar does well for dark circles and have seen it myself on a friend (she had them, used it for a few weeks, and now doesn’t have them anymore with no makeup). I keep meaning to try it but haven’t yet.

I use Mally’s Cancellation Concealer and love it. I found her on QVC.

Garnier’s Skin Renew Anti-Dark circle tinted eye roller
I get bad circles and this is enough for “light” circle days and has caffeine to help deal with puffiness etc. For normal wear, I use shiseido control color concealer in a greenish yellow, apply foundation… do eye make-up and finish with Garnier’s tinted roller. TOTALLY looks natural and hides all the circles!

This is going to sound crazy but Preparation H will help considerably! It shrinks blood vessels so takes the puff out then top with your fave concealor.

anabri09 left me some info on a post I did the other. She used to work in the field and this is what she recommended to me:
“I would recommend Dr. Pericones Advanced Eye Area Therapy or High Potency Eye Lift! I used to work in the skincare field and went to a few of his seminars for work. This stuff is fantastic! Is a bit expensive but you dont need much and the results are more than worth it. You can go to Sephora and they will give you a sample so you can try it!”
