It’s tough–I know that!   However, I just started doing all the shopping (ALONE), and planning my meals/snacks to ensure that I stay within my points range.  When I get stressed by the wedding, I do my treasured Denise Austin work out, which really helps me feel better. I have been successful!  I lost 25 pounds, and I have kept it off for 9 months!  Keep it up! I know it can be daunting, but you’ll figure out strategies that work for you!

I lost 45 pounds on WW, and have kept it off for 3 years.  I am currently not doing WW, but I am trying to make good choices and exercise.  I may start up again as it gets closer to the wedding so I can make sure that I am keeping track of where I’m at.

Good luck!  The program definitely works if you put the work in!

I just started today! I went over my points by 3, though 🙁 Oh well, it was my first day! Anyway, keep with it and you’re definitely not alone!

I started on June 9th, and have lost 7 pounds in 16 days.  I follow the plan to a tee-and do the 30 day shred 3-4 times per week, or some other form of exercise.

i have been eating really healthy and have not drank anything but water since the 9th.  I also basically cut out red meat…only having it once in a great while.

i feel great, and 7 pounds in 2 weeks is higher than average.  its all about accountability and making better choices.  i still have my sweet tooth, but instead of eating ice cream or something like that, i choose non fat frozen yogurt which tastes the same!

I’ve lost almost 22 pounds since starting in March. I think it’s a great program that really teaches you about portion control and really makes you aware of what you’re putting in your body. Good luck!
