mathteacher920 :  no for all including train and reducing size it was $250 au

ohiobride1987 :  hi! Please look above at my post. I am an au size 12 which is a us size 10. Depending in you bust size you may need slight alterations to the top but have a look at the measurements. This dress started a lot bigger than what it is now and alterations to reduce size were very simple and cheap. It may be worth looking at your measurements against the dress and if it’s a size or two difference they would be able to alter perfectly for you.

Did anyone alter the neckline of the dress? I want to have my seamstress cut away the sheer tulle so the dress is a true deep – v neck. Did anyone cut away the illusion tulle and how did it hold up? Do you have pics?! THANKS

Hi all! I am going for my first alteration this week! I will take pictures but here is what the store sample looked like on me. It was a size 20 US but I ordered a size 26 US.

Im having trouble deciding between the almond and the rose gold lining.  The site doesnt do the colors justice.  I tried the rose gold on in the store, and while beautiful, it was a tad too pink for me.  Does anyone have pics of an almond lining?  Also, does anyone have pics of the nude illusion tulle vs the light nude?

I am so in love with this dress, but yet to try it on!
Definitely would have to look at some sort of support for my bust as I’m a 16GG so no bra is not an option but I don’t want to alter too much and take away from the already beautiful dress and neckline.
Would love to know how the alterations went with adding support into the bust area ladies!

Thanks! 🙂

Does anyone have any experience with their dress being a couple sizes too big? I have lost some weight (maybe 10 pounds) since I ordered the dress and when I picked it up it appears it is atleast two sizes too big. I am nervous with the style of the dress and the fabric that it is going to be hard to alter. The bridal shop I ordered it from told me alterations will be possible to make it fit perfectly and gave me an alterations referral. I am trying to get in ASAP to get the seamstresses opinion but just wanted to know if anyone had experience with it originally being too big.

Hi Ladies,

Any suggestions on which bra to get for this gown and underwear? I have my first fitting in 2 weeks and want to go in prepared!

Thanks!
